Louise Sandy is a boutique cake bakery operated from a licensed home kitchen in the Palisades Highlands.

Originally from England, Louise started her baking career in Chiswick, West London, where she supplied cakes, cupcakes and brownies to local cafes and delis, including the famous Mortimer & Bennett.

Louise and her family moved to Southern California in 2005, and after the passage of the Cottage Food Law in 2013, Louise first opened her home bakery in Newport Beach. 

In 2016 the family relocated to Pacific Palisades, where their two children graduated from Pali High.
