With mouthwatering flavors such as Salted Caramel, Organic Lemon Curd, Tiramisu and Belgian Chocolate, my cakes stand out for the pleasure they give to eat, not just to behold.  As a self-confessed foodie,  I believe passionately in using natural, high quality ingredients, such as organic eggs,  unsalted butter, 70% dark Belgian chocolate and unbleached flour.

My cakes contain three layers of tender cake, filled with all-butter frostings. They are then coated with a layer of chocolate ganache, which allows me to achieve a contemporary, sharp top-edge to each tier. Finally, my cakes are covered in delicious homemade fondant and decorated with designs to suit any occasion, from weddings to graduations, and birthdays to baby showers. 

Because every cake is custom-made for you, you'll need call (949-338-0242) or email me to place an order. All custom cakes require a minimum of a week's notice, but at busy times of the year please be sure to book well in advance.
