Welcome to my certified home kitchen in Pacific Palisades, California, where I bake custom cakes, cupcakes, brownies, cookies and brownie pops to order.
With mouthwatering flavors such as Salted Caramel, Organic Lemon Curd, Tiramisu and Belgian Chocolate, my cakes stand out for the pleasure they give to eat, not just to behold. I bake everything from scratch with top quality, natural ingredients - I believe passionately in using the very best, such as organic eggs, unsalted butter, 70% dark Belgian chocolate and unbleached flour.
My cakes contain three or four layers of tender cake, filled with all-butter buttercream. They are then coated with a layer of white or dark chocolate ganache in order for me to achieve a contemporary, sharp top-edge. Finally, my cakes are covered in delicious homemade fondant and decorated with designs to suit any occasion, from weddings to graduations, and birthdays to baby showers.
